Ontruim Springs is the neighborhood of the rich, with many of the families here coming from old wealth. Some of the houses here could easily be described with the term "mansion," but many are smaller, suburban homes. Nonetheless, the location of this neighborhood immediately raises the price of the land, causing this neighborhood to strictly be for the wealthy.
