If there's a neighborhood strictly for the wealthy, there has to be one for the middle and lower classes as well. Even though not everyone here is made of money, the neighborhood is still surprisingly clean and orderly, the grass being green in most places, trees always trimmed, and lamp posts always containing operating light bulbs.
