Once upon a time. .
nope, this is not a fairytale. it may seem like one, but we are living right now in reality. this is the upper east side of manhattan, NY. known for the high society and culture that resides there and surrounds it, it is most definitely a glamorous place. it's the paradise of a city dweller with amazing shopping, classy restaurants, glitzy parties, and beautiful people. these beautiful people are the elite. the kids of the upper east side definitely know how great life is. but life isn't always great. filled with secrets and scandal, the upper east side is run by a cross between a plutocracy and aristocracy. basically the wealthy and powerful rule.
they used to be so sweet. .
pride, envy, wrath, sloth, greed, gluttony, lust. we've committed all of them in the upper east side. sure our parents sent us off to etiquette classes at the age of 5 to make us more wholesome, but that's only for appearances. in the two schools where our "fairytale" takes place, you will find the perfect exempla of these sins. some are less obvious than others, but this much corruption is evident in these kids.
but innocence is gone. .

if you're someone in these parts, you attend one of these two prestigious private schools. all of our elite guys attend st. jude's college preparatory academy for boys, and our girls who just love to hate each other go to Constance Billiard school for girls. yes, these schools are big preachers in theology, but there is no effin way that these hot hormonal teenagers retain it. how else would the scandals that just make your jaw drop happen? we can't be a whole bunch of nuns in a convent can we? i didn't think so.
