-Please be aware that the term "affiliate" means that Pavotworth's banner and link will be placed on your site while your site's banner and link will be placed on here.
-To affiliate with Pavotworth, you must have a section for affiliates that is static. (aka, unmoving.) The only reason for this is because placing a banner in a scrolling section rather than a static section is a bit unfair; people tend to see the static ones more often than the ones that scroll. (where you have to wait who knows how long for the banner to appear if there are alot of affiliates) So, to make things fair, you need a static section for affiliates since your banner will be placed in one here. Please don't feel like we're singling you out if you don't have one.
-Random check ups will be made to see if Pavotworth's banner is still up on your site; if it has been removed, your banner will be removed as well, and you will be notified of this.
